You have verified your account and you’re ready for your first shared commute. Here is what to expect, step by step.

1. Search the night before

Open the app, pick your corridor and the day. You’ll see every scheduled departure with the offerer’s profile, their car and how many seats are left. Offerers usually post their trips the evening before, so that’s the best time to look.

2. Check who’s driving

Tap a departure to see the offerer’s verified profile, rating, car model and plate number. Take a moment here — it’s what makes the morning feel easy.

3. Reserve and pay

Pay the fixed corridor fare in the app through Paystack. Your seat and pickup point are confirmed straight away. If the offerer cancels, you are refunded automatically and notified in the app.

4. Meet at the pickup point

Pickups happen at fixed points along the corridor. Arrive five minutes early, find the car and match the plate number in the app before you get in.

5. Ride, then rate

After drop-off, rate the trip. Ratings go both ways — offerers rate riders too — and they keep the community honest.

Habits of great riders

  • Be at the pickup point five minutes before departure.
  • Cancel early if your plans change, so someone else can take the seat.
  • Only ride with offerers booked through the app.
  • Never pay or accept cash in the car.
  • Report anything that makes you uncomfortable — a real person reads every report.
