Komyut works because members trust each other. These guidelines apply to everyone, on every trip. Breaking them can lead to suspension or removal from Komyut.

The rules
- Be on time at the pickup point.
- Treat everyone with respect.
- Only ride or drive with people booked in the app.
- No smoking, alcohol or drugs in the car.
- Follow traffic laws — no phone use while driving.
- Respect personal space and privacy.
- Never ask for or offer cash outside the app.
- Report anything that makes you uncomfortable.
For riders
- Be at the pickup point five minutes before departure.
- Match the plate number in the app before you get in.
- Cancel early if your plans change, so someone else can take the seat.
For offerers
- Post your trips ahead of time and leave on time.
- Pick up and drop off only at the corridor’s fixed points.
- Keep your car clean, safe and roadworthy.
Reviews
Ratings and reviews should be honest and about the trip. Our team reviews flagged reviews and removes abusive ones.
Reporting
If something makes you uncomfortable, report it in the app. Every report opens a case with a named handler. In an emergency, contact the emergency services first.
